2011 Outdoor: Finished in the top five in the 800m run in five of the seven meets he competed in... Won the SEMO Invite with a 1:53.30 mark... Was third at the LSU Relays (1:53.44) and the Ole Miss Invite (1:54.40) in the 800m run... Runner-up at the Tiger Invitational with a season-best 1:52.16 run.

2011 Indoor: Competed in five meets, running the 400m dash once and the 800m run four times... Was third in the 400m dash at the SIU McDonald's, with a personal-best 50.36 mark... Set a personal-best in the indoor 800m run at the Alex Wilson Invite, finishing 21st in 1:51.77... Qualified fourth in the 800m run at the C-USA Indoor Championships; finished eighth in the finals with a 1:56.97 mark.

2010 Outdoor: Continued his middle distance dominance...was runner-up at the Memphis Tiger Invitational, with a 1:53.99 mark...destroyed his career-best mark during the conference championship prelims, where he ran a 1:50.96 800m run...capped off his junior season with a 1:53.98 run in the finals of the 800m run at the C-USA Championships, finishing seventh and earning another all-CUSA bid.

2010 Indoor: Ran the 800m during indoor season...kicked off the season with a season-best fourth-place finish at the ASU Kickoff Klassic, with a 1:56.82 finish...earned his third all-conference selection on the strength of his season-best 1:56.56 mark, placing fifth.

2009 Cross Country: Competed in one of five cross country meets...Posted a 29:47.34 at the C-USA Championship meet.

2009 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for the Tigers...Set a personal-best 800m time of 1:54.34 at the C-USA Championships and finished fifth overall...Was a runner on the 4x100m relay team, 4x400m relay and the Sprint Medley relay team.

2009 Indoor: Ran in four different meets during the indoor campaign...Set a personal-best 800m run time of 1:54.99 at the C-USA Championships in which he finished fifth...Finished first in the 800m at the SIU McDonald's meet...Member of the 4x400m relay team that finished third at the C-USA Championships.

2008 Cross Country: Competed in four meets for the Tigers during the 2008 Cross Country season...Set a season best 8k time of 28:41.89 at the UALR Invitational...At the 2008 C-USA Cross Country Championships, he ran a time of 28:55.00 and placed 47th.

2008 Outdoor: Competed in the 800m run and the 1500m run during the 2008 outdoor season for the Tigers...Ran the 1500m run only once, but ran a 4:24.47 time and finished in 20th place at the SEMOtion Relays...Set a season-best outdoor 800m run time of 2:00.79 at the Ole Miss May Invitational finishing in 19th place.

2008 Indoor: Competed in the 800m run and the mile during the 2008 indoor season for the Tigers...Recorded two top-10 finishes in the 800m run including a sixth place finish at the SIU SASF Invitational with a time of 2:00.50...At the Arkansas State Invitational, set a personal best mile time of 4:35.32 with his season best finish of 7th...The next week at the SIU McDonalds Invitational, finished in eighth place in the 800 meter run besting his previous time at 2:00.14...At the C-USA Indoor Championships, set a personal best 800 meter time running a sub-two minute 1:58.63 time finishing in 11th place...Also finished in 13th place in the mile run with a time of 4:46.19.

2007 Cross Country: Competed in all six meets for Memphis...Had a season best time at the UALR Open, finishing the race in 28:11.7...At the C-USA Championships, crossed the line in 31:57.2.

Prep: Attended Methuen High School lettering in cross country and track and field under coach Roger Fuller...Specialized in mid-distance...Also, participated in soccer...Named a Merrimack Valley Conference All-Conference in 2006 and 2007.
