Jun 17, 2026 | Women's Basketball
MEMPHIS, Tenn. – University of Memphis women's basketball head coach Hana Haden announced three additions to her staff in Reagan Griffin Jr., Arian Fraile and Alex Davis on June 9. Griffin Jr. will assume the role of director of player development and video analytics, Fraile joins as the assistant director of athletic performance and Davis will be the program's assistant director of operations.
"I am incredibly excited to add Alex, Arian and Reagan to our staff," Haden said. "Alex and Arian were integral parts in our championship season at Georgia Southern and Reagan is a phenomenal talent and rising start in this profession. These three will continue to elevate our program here at Memphis."
Griffin Jr., a Memphis native, most recently finished up his tenure as a graduate assistant at Texas A&M from 2024-26, where he assisted with player development, video analysis, scouting preparation, along with practice and day-to-day operations. He also spent time as a basketball assistant with the Dallas Wings in 2025, specializing in player and skill development. He began working in collegiate basketball during his time as an undergraduate practice player and manager for the women's basketball program at the University of Southern California.
Fraile reunites with Coach Haden after serving as a graduate assistant within the strength & conditioning department at Georgia Southern. Prior to GSU, Fraile spent time as a strength & conditioning coach at the University of Miami (2025) and John A. Ferguson Senior High School (2024-25) in Miami, Florida. He also spent time interning with the Minnesota Twins and University of Miami football program. His career began as a student intern at FIU, where he worked with men's basketball, softball and women's tennis while earning dual bachelor's degrees in physical education: sport and fitness studies and sport and recreation management. Fraile is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the NCSF.
Davis also joins Haden's staff from Georgia Southern, where he served as a graduate assistant during the 2025-26 season while working towards a master's degree in sport management. Prior to being on the Eagles' staff, Davis spent time as a student manager for the women's basketball team at Central Michigan from 2021-25, where he earned a bachelor's degree in communications with a minor in athletic coaching.
