Tigers Kick Off 2025 Season at Argent Financial Classic

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis men's golf team kicks off its 2025 season Sunday in the Argent Financial Classic hosted by Louisiana Tech.
Squire Creek Country Club, a 7,105-yard, par 72 course, opened in 2002 and is ranked as the No. 1 golf course in the state of Louisiana and was ranked as one of the top 10 best new courses in America by Golf Digest in 2003 after its opening.
Along with La. Tech, Memphis will compete against teams and individuals from Houston, Lamar, UL-Lafayette, North Texas, South Alabama, Middle Tennessee, Rice, Southern Mississippi, Western Kentucky, UAB, Nicholls, ULM, Troy, UTSA, Jacksonville State and LSU.
In the lineup for Memphis, newcomer Tobey Kim joins the lineup along with Cian O'Connor, Yixiang Wang, Diego Lourenco and Christian Morneau. This will be the Tiger's first time competing in the Argent Financial Classic.
Memphis will tee-off on Sunday beginning at 12:50 p.m. from hole 10. Live results can be found HERE.
