MEMPHIS, Tenn. – For the third time in four seasons, the University of Memphis Men's Basketball program will compete in the NCAA Tournament as the No. 5 seed in the West Region.
As you gear up to support your Tigers, we're here to help answer your frequently asked questions.

TEAM SEND-OFF FROM MEMPHIS
Wednesday, March 19
Fans can gather out front of the Laurie-Walton Family Basketball Center at 8:45 a.m. Thursday to help us send the Tigers off to Seattle!
GAME INFORMATION
No. 5 seed Memphis takes on No. 12 seed Colorado State in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Friday, March 21 in Seattle, Washington.

Tip-off is slated for 1:00 p.m. CT from Climate Pledge Arena with the game being aired on TBS.
Â
The winner will advance to the second round and will take on the winner of No. 4 Maryland and No. 13 Grand Canyon on Sunday, March 23.
Â
Memphis and Colorado State have only ever met once on the hardwood, with the Tigers winning 90-67 on March 27, 2021 in the semifinals of the NIT in Frisco, Texas.

TRANSPORTATION

CLIMATE PLEDGE ARENA: POLICIES
If necessary, guests are permitted to bring one clear back that does not exceed 14" x 14″ x 6 in size OR small clutches/purses/wallets that do not exceed 4″ x 6″ x 1.5″ in size. - Spirit and Band will be in attendance.

- The Seattle Center Monorail is a two-minute walk from the Sheraton and is located on the third floor of the Westlake Center shopping mall.
- Westlake Center Station: 400 Pine Street, 3rd Floor, Seattle, WA 98101
- The monorail runs between Westlake Center and Seattle Center (home of the Space Needle).
- Seattle Center Station: 305 Harrison Street, Seattle, WA 98109
- The monorail runs approximately every 20 minutes and the journey takes about 3 minutes.
