Swathwood Shoots Career Low, Tigers in Fifth Following Round One

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – The University of Memphis women's golf team had a promising opening day at the Advance Golf Partner Collegiate sitting in fifth place with Claire Swathwood in second place, individually, following a career-low round score.
Swathwood, who finished today five under par (67), collected a new career-low with four birdies on the back nine and sits in second place. Emily Wilson heads into the second round in 26th place (+2) while Tilly Garfoot (+4) and Julia Jarvholm (+7) are not far behind her.
Monday's second round is set for a 7 a.m. CT shotgun start. Live results can be found HERE.
