MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The University of Memphis men's basketball team knocked down 13 three-pointers and got a game-high 23 points from Dug McDaniel as the Tigers defeated Alabama State 88-67 Monday night at FedExForum.
The win snapped a three-game skid and improved Memphis to 5-7 heading into the Christmas break. The Tigers will return to the court Dec. 31 when they host North Texas to open American Conference play.Â
