GULF SHORES, Ala. – The University of Memphis women's golf team finished seventh at the Bama Beach Bash at the Gulf Shores Golf Club in Gulf Shores, Ala. on Tuesday with a team score of 920 (+56).

ULM won the 15-team event with a total of 879 (+15).

KEY MOMENTS
• Freshman Tilly Garfoot led the way for the Tigers at the Bama Beach Bash, tying for 25^th place overall with a score of 231 (+5). Garfoot carded a final round 73 (+1) to move up from her T-42 position heading into the day.
• Senior Brooke Veres also had a nice final round for Memphis, shooting her best round of the tournament with a 76 (+4) to finish with a total of 232 (+16).
• Classmate Victoria England tied for 37^th overall with a score of 233 (+17) thanks to a 73 (+1) on Tuesday. England entered the final round tied for 50^th.
• Both sophomore Katie Stinchcomb and junior Rebecca Brink tied for 40^th place with totals of 234 (+18).
