"Missouri State is a good team, a top-10 program and we were able to keep up with them and get the result. We know this isn't over yet, but this win will give us confidence moving forward to Sunday's game. We know it takes these types of performances to succeed in conference and we look forward to capitalizing off of tonight."
After tonight's game, Memphis moves to 5-3-2 for the season.
