MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Looking to get in the win column in their first American Athletic Conference match of the season, Memphis hosted the Knights of UCF. While the Tigers saw many opportunities, they would come up with the 0-0 tie with UCF.

After today's game, Memphis moves to 4-3-2 for the season and 0-0-1 in AAC play.

KEY MOMENTS

UCF held control for much of the first half, firing off five shots while putting two on-goal.
Memphis would come out hot in the second half with Jocelyn Alonzo, Eef Kerkhof and Peyton Felton sending shots to UCF's Caroline DeLisle within the first 15 minutes.
Felton and Momo Nakao would see opportunities in the 74' and 85' that were just short of finding the back of the net.
Memphis goalkeeper Claire Wyville made a game-saving stop in the 88' when Dayana Martin fired off a last chance shot.

NOTABLES

Wyville picks up her third consecutive shutout while making three saves.
Memphis edged past the Knights with a 12-11 shot advantage. The Tigers would put seven of those shots on-goal.
