Memphis Football Announces Spring Practice Dates

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – University of Memphis head football coach Ryan Silverfield announced the team's spring practice schedule on Monday. Spring practice will begin for the Tigers on Sunday, March 20 and end with Friday Night Stripes, the program's annual spring game at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium, on April 22 at 7:00 p.m. CT.
Along with Friday Night Stripes, the team will also hold a public practice at Centennial High School in Nashville, Tenn. on Saturday, April 2 at 2:00 p.m. CT. More details on both Friday Night Stripes and the team's practice in Nashville will be made available in the near future. All other practices for the Tigers this spring will be closed to the public.
"Spring practice is a great time to continue to develop as a football team," Silverfield remarked. "It will be exciting to have 15 opportunities to grow in our techniques, fundamentals, and schemes. Our entire program appreciates competition and working toward continue to push the standard."
