TULSA, Okla. – The Memphis Tiger men's soccer team stunned everyone by taking down nationally ranked Tulsa in the opening round of the American Athletic Conference Championship.

After tonight's game, Memphis moves to 9-4-4 for the season.

KEY MOMENTS

Tulsa would strike first after Alex Meinhard netted his ninth goal of the season in the 22'.
Memphis tied up the match in the 50' when Alberto Cruz connected on a penalty kick for his seventh of the season. The Tiger defense would hold steady throughout the remainder of the second half and force overtime.
Lineker Rodrigues dos Santos would net the game-winning goal in the 99' after Hayden Anderson sent a ball into the box and found the head of Rodrigues dos Santos.
Memphis goalkeeper Colin Welsh would make two game-saving stops in the second overtime to book the Tigers ticket to the semi-final match.
