KICKING IT OFF
• Coin Toss: Memphis won the toss and deferred to the second half. Tulane elected to receive.

TEAM NOTES
• For the third time this season, Memphis had 10 receivers catch at least one pass.
• Memphis outscored Tulane, 28-3, in the second half.
• The Tigers did not commit a penalty (first time since 2020 vs. Houston).
PLAYER NOTES
• Making his 19th-career start, sophomore quarterback Seth Henigan extended his streak of consecutive games with a touchdown pass to 19.
• Henigan moved to sixth all-time at Memphis for pass attempts with 35th attempt of the day. He ended the game 26-for-41 with 312 yards, three touchdown passes and two interceptions. It marked the 10th-career 300-yard passing game for Henigan and fourth this season.
• Additionally, Henigan led the Tigers in rushing with 42 yards on 13 carries.
• Redshirt-senior Quindell Johnson recorded the 200th solo tackle of his Tiger career early in the first quarter. He ended with a game-high 13 tackles (11 solo, 1 TFL) and now ranks No. 7 on Memphis' all-time list for solo tackles (210).
• Redshirt-sophomore defensive lineman Cormontae Hamilton recorded a sack to give him 4.5 on the season.
• On the opening drive of the second half, the Tigers went 75 yards in 13 plays (6:12), capped off by a seven-yard Henigan touchdown pass to redshirt-sophomore Koby Drake. It was the first touchdown of Drake's career.
• On the very next drive, Henigan found redshirt-senior wide receiver Eddie Lewis for a 33-yard touchdown pass.
• Henigan found Lewis once more in the fourth quarter for a 55-yard touchdown pass to cap off a 10 play, 83-yard drive (3:11) late in the fourth quarter. It was Lewis' fourth touchdown catch of the season.
• Lewis had a career-high and game-high 94 receiving yards on three receptions to go with his two touchdown catches.
• Redshirt-sophomore running back Brandon Thomas found pay dirt from two yards out with 14:02 remaining in the game to get the Tigers back within two scores. It was the 16th rushing touchdown of Thomas' career.
• Fifth-year linebackers Xavier "Zay" Cullens (10 tackles, 5 solo) and Tyler Murray (8 tackles, 5 solo) had the second and third-most tackles for the Tigers, respectively.
• Back from an injury, sophomore defensive back Ladarian Paulk had a career-high six tackles (three solo).
• Redshirt-junior Javon Ivory led the Tigers in receptions (five) and totaled 45 yards.
• Freshman running back Sutton Smith carried the ball six times for 28 yards to lead Tiger running backs in yardage. He averaged 4.7 yards per carry to lead the team and added a pair of receptions for 38 yards.
