Track and Field to travel to Baton Rouge for LSU Invitational

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – After a weekend off, University of Memphis track and field will compete in the LSU Invitational at the Bernie Moore Track Stadium this Saturday.
Events will begin tomorrow morning at 9:30 a.m., with men's and women's discus and shot put, and all running events will take place in the afternoon.
The team's last meet in Auburn, Ala., held success for several athletes, with numerous personal bests and top-five performances. Amber Simpson, Samantha Lenton, Zachary Wyatt and Payton Gleason all finished with personal bests at the War Eagle Invite.
Other participating teams this weekend include Alabama, Arkansas, Ole Miss, Tulane, New Orleans and Xavier (LA).
