Memphis men’s golf opens Hoosier Invitational play Saturday

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Memphis men's golf will play in the Hoosier Invitational at the Pfau Course at Indiana University with 36 holes on Saturday and 18 on Sunday.
The Pfau Course at Indiana University was ranked the third best new course in the country in 2020 by Golf Digest.
The Tigers' lineup will consist of Guillaume Chevalier in the No. 1 spot followed by Borja Martin at No. 2, Isaiah Jackson at No. 3, Tyran Snyders at No. 4 and Phuripon Namkang at No. 5. Oskar Ambrosius will participate as an individual.
The nine-team field will feature a Big Ten flavor with host Indiana, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Nebraska, Memphis, Cincinnati, Eastern Michigan and Ball State.
Memphis finished in the top 10 in its most recent tournament in the Schenkel Invitational March 19-21 as Chevalier carded a 2-under final round 70 to tie for 21st.
