MEMPHIS, Tenn. – On Senior Day and in their final home match of the season, the Memphis Tigers (12-18, 5-13) fell in straight sets to the Tulane Green Wave (17-13, 10-8). The visitors hit .274 as a team in a match that featured 12 ties and eight lead changes, though none of either in the final set.

Set 1

The set featured eight ties and five lead changes
Neither side led by more than two until Tulane went on a 6-0 run to lead 16-12
The Tigers got as close as two (16-14), and then fought off three set points, but the Green Wave scored immediately out of a timeout to take the set

Set 2

The Green Wave used a 7-0 run to turn a one point deficit into a 12-7 lead
Memphis pulled within three on five different occasions, but never got closer
Tulane's 4-0 run put the Green Wave in front 22-15

Set 3

Tulane led wire-to-wire after the Green Wave started the set on a 3-0 run
The Tigers cut the deficit to two multiple times but couldn't get within one
Memphis got within two on serve at 21-19 and 22-20, but both times, the Green Wave answered immediately

Tabytha Toelke led the Tigers with nine kills and a .261 hitting percentage
With 21 assists, Loren Robertson recorded her second 20+ assist performance of the season
