MEMPHIS – HOMEcoming 2020 at the University of Memphis will take place Oct. 18-25 as a series of virtual events so students, alumni and fans can connect with one another and celebrate the Tiger community safely. The events are free and open to all students and alumni around the world. Memphis will play host to Temple at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 24, presented by Kroger.
The University of Memphis Alumni Association (UMAA) is partnering with Student Leadership & Involvement, the Parent & Family Association and UofM Athletics to host a wide range of fun and engaging events each day of HOMEcoming week. Alumni who want to be well-equipped with UofM Alumni gear to celebrate HOMEcoming 2020 in style can purchase a limited-edition University of Memphis alumni-themed swag box for only $20.20. The deadline for box orders is Oct. 12 at 5 p.m. Order now while supplies last.Â
The Temple game will give fans not at the Liberty Bowl the opportunity to "Stay at HOMEcoming" using the #TigersHOMEcoming2020 and posting to Memphis Athletics, UMAA and UofM social accounts.
Fans are encouraged to sign-up to host a virtual tailgate, win prizes and be a part of unique live virtual content during the game.
