Memphis Tailgate Concerts Returning to Tiger Lane

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Memphis Tiger Tailgate Concerts presented by Landers Auto Group and supported by Chick-Fil-A and iHeartMedia are returning to Tiger Lane for Saturday games in 2019.

The four-game concert series opens on Aug. 31 with The Voice semifinalist Reagan Strange starting the season.

On September 7, the Marcus Malone Band will provide the pre-game concert.

The only Tigers' home game in October will be on October 19^th, and The Shotgun Billys will be the series' performers at the event. The Jay Jones Band will close out the 2019 concert series on November 2, when the Tigers host SMU for Homecoming.

In week one, iHeartRadio will provide a DJ at 8 a.m. When the Tigers' football team arrives for Tiger Walk at 8:30 a.m., music will pause and Strange will take the stage at approximately 9 a.m. The same schedule will be in place for game two (September 7) with the Marcus Malone Band on stage.

Game times for the October 19 and November 2 game are still unannounced.
