Men's tennis set for quarterfinal matchup of American Championships

ORLANDO, Fla. – After a first-round bye, Memphis men's tennis will begin the 2019 American Tennis Championships with a quarterfinal matchup against No. 46 USF on Friday morning at the USTA National Campus.
First serve against the Bulls is set for 7 a.m. (CT). Live video and scoring for Friday's match are available here: video / scoring
Memphis (11-13), who drew the tournament's No. 6 seed, seeks to avenge last week's 4-2 setback against the three-seeded Bulls (14-7) in Tampa.
The Tigers most recently dropped a 4-0 decision at UCF on Monday afternoon. USF enters the tournament also having loss a match against the Knights in its last outing on Sunday.
Memphis is 4-5 all-time in the league's championship tournament.
