Brady White Named to Weekly Honor Rolls

Memphis quarterback earns spot on a pair of honor rolls
MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Quarterback Brady White has been named to a pair of weekly honor rolls announced Monday. White earned his first nod from the American Athletic Conference with a spot on the AAC Weekly Honor Roll. The junior also was named to the honorable mention list for the CFPA National Performer of the Week award.
White went 22-for-28 for 358 yards and five touchdowns in his Memphis debut while playing just the opening half. The 358 yards passing in a single game ranks 17thin the Memphis record book and the five touchdown passes is tied for fifth in the single game records.
Memphis (1-0) will open conference play on Saturday with a clash at West Division foe Navy at 2:30 pm. That game will air on CBS Sports Network.
The Tigers next play at home on Friday, September 14 in a nationally-televised game on ESPN.
