MEMPHIS AND KROGER TEAM UP TO FIGHT HUNGER

Tickets available at local Kroger stores now in honor of the Salute to the 901 game.
MEMPHIS – The University of Memphis has teamed with participating area Kroger stores to sell $9.01 football tickets for the Tigers' season opener in support of the "Zero Hunger Zero Waste Campaign." Memphis kicks off the 2018 season against Mercer on Sept. 1 at 6 p.m. in Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium.
This game is a salute to the 901 area code. To support our neighbors in need, the Tigers will offer a special $9.01 game ticket and will donate $1 from each ticket sold to the Mid-South Food Bank.
Tickets for the Mercer game are currently on sale at Kroger stores throughout the Memphis area. In previous years, many store locations sold out of their allotment of tickets, so fans are encouraged to purchase their tickets early. Fans looking for premium seats outside of the $9.01 price locations should call 901-678-2331 or visit GoTigersGoTix.com.
