Memphis Travels to Philadelphia to take on Temple

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The men's soccer squad is back on the road this weekend as the Tigers head to Philadelphia for a conference matchup against Temple. Game time is slated for 6 p.m. CT.

A Look at the Memphis Tigers
Memphis heads to Philadelphia after suffering its first home loss of the season against UConn. After a first-half stalemate, the Huskies claimed the first score of the game, and the Tigers were unable to rally.
Three players lead the Tigers in scoring; Peyton McKnatt, Chris Mikus and David Zalzman all have three goals to their names. Goalkeeper Tyler Hofmann holds a sub-1.00 goals allowed average, allowing only 0.84 goals per match.

Lukas Fernandes leads the team in scoring, having netted four goals on the year, and is tied for the team high with two assists. In goal for the Owls is Simon Lefebvre, who has recorded 30 saves in 810 minutes in the net. He enters the weekend with a 0.89 goals allowed average.
Head coach of the Owls is first-year coach Brian Rowland. Rowland spent his previous eight seasons on staff at Maryland.
