Get To Know Me: Meredith Wallace

Freshman had career-highs for kills, digs vs. UCF last Sunday.
Meredith Wallace is today's Memphis volleyball "Get To Know Me." A freshman from Knoxville, Tenn., Wallace has played through some injuries at the start of her collegiate career, but has 46 kills (sixth on the team) and 26 digs in 11 matches. She tied a career-high with 10 kills and also collected a career-best seven digs versus UCF last Sunday.
Before joining the Tigers program, Wallace was a two-time Tennessee Sports Writers Association (TSWA) Division II All-State selection. Wallace had more than 1,000 kills and 900 digs in a five-year varsity career that saw her help the Webb School Lady Spartans win five-straight Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association (TSSAA) Division II-A state championship teams (2013-17). Wallace's mother, Jennifer, played basketball at Tennessee for Basketball Hall of Famer Pat Summitt in the 1980s.
