Tigers Volleyball: 14 Days 'Til Set To Roar

Get to Know Me: Faith Myers
It's 14 days until the University of Memphis volleyball team is "Set to Roar" its 2016 season with the Aug. 26 opener.
In preparation for the season, GoTigersGo.com will shed some light on the 2016 Tigers squad. Today's Get To Know Me is junior setter Faith Myers. The Elizabethtown, Ind., native has nearly 400 career assists after splitting time at setter her first two collegiate seasons.

1. How did you get into playing volleyball? I started attending camps held at my high school
2. What has been your most embarrassing moment in a match? I was attempting to set a ball, and the ball went through my hands and hit me in the face
3. When others see you around campus (excluding close friends), do they know you play volleyball? Or do they think you play another sport? Most guess correctly the sport I play, but I do get some soccer and basketball responses

4. If you won the lottery, what would you do with the money? Donate half to charity and then travel
5. If you were a superhero, what super power would you have? To fly
6. If you could compete in another sport, which sport would it be? Why? Track and field. Because I want to throw the discus and shot put
