- With today's setback, Memphis, the American Athletic Conference Tournament No. 5 seed, will play No. 4 seed Temple in a quarterfinal game Friday, Mar. 13 at 1 p.m. (CT). This year's American Athletic Conference Tournament is being held at the XL Center in Hartford, Conn.
- Despite today's setback, Memphis finished its American Athletic Conference season with a 10-8 league mark. It is the 10th season in a row that the Tigers posted double-digit wins in league play (2005-06 to 2014-15).
