With today’s win over Houston, Memphis now leads the all-time series 30-13.
Memphis swept the regular-season series over Houston. The Tigers won 73-54 at FedExForum Dec. 31, 2014.

With today’s win, Memphis avoided its first three-game losing streak since near the end of the 2004-05 regular season. That campaign, the Tigers dropped four straight under then head coach John Calipari to close the regular season.

Markel Crawford scored a season-high 12 points today. He hit a season-best four FG.
Austin Nichols scored 16 points today. It was his ninth-straight, double-figure scoring game. He has netted double figures in 11 of last 12 games.
Austin Nichols blocked four shots today. It is his 13th multi-block game of the season and the 25th of his career.
