Two other Memphis players nearly had double-doubles tonight. Calvin Godfrey had 12 points and nine rebounds, and Trahson Burrell posted 10 points and nine boards.
Calvin Godfrey posted season highs for points (12) and rebounds (9). The 12-point performance was his 31st career double-figure scoring game.
Trahson Burrell grabbed 9 rebounds tonight. It was his third-straight and fourth of his last five games in which he had seven or more boards.
Shaq Goodwin did not play tonight. It is the first time in his career that he did not play in a game. He had played in all previous 80 games of his career.
