Tigers Run on Day One at Meyo Invitational

NOTRE DAME, Ind.- Memphis distance medley relay teams got to work, on Friday, in day one of the Meyo Invitational hosted by Notre Dame University. The men took second overall in the event, with the women finishing seventh.
In the men's second place finish, Julien Wolf, Brandon Williams, Godfrey Fayne and James Maglasang turned in a time of 10:01.31. In the women's seventh place finish, the team of Nandia Taylor, Kala Funderburk, Maya Williamson and Louisa Lingley checked in with time of 12:00.95.
Saturday's action will begins at 9 a.m. (CT) with the Tigers set to compete in the 400m, 800m, mile run, and 3,000m and 4 x 400m relay. Final results from the Meyo Invitational will be posted on GoTigersGo.com as they are made available.
