Memphis outscored Oklahoma State 41-26 in the second half to erase a 10-point halftime deficit. Tonight's win marked the second straight come-from-behind win for the Tigers this season.

This is the first win over a top-five opponent for Memphis since April 5, 2008, when the Tigers beat No. 3 UCLA 78-63 in the 2008 NCAA Final Four in San Antonio, Texas.Tonight's victory marks the first win for Memphis over a top-five opponent in the regular season since the Tigers defeated No. 5 Georgetown 85-71 on Dec. 22, 2007.

Sophomore Shaq Goodwin just missed posting his second double-double in the last three games. Goodwin led the Tigers in scoring with 17 points and also posted a team-leading eight rebounds. The sophomore forward also finished with 17 points and 10 rebounds in the Nov. 28 victory over Siena.

Goodwin also played a career-high 39 minutes in Sunday's contest.

Senior Chris Crawford is just 13 points away from the 1,000-point milestone for his career after scoring 16 in tonight's victory. Crawford now has 987 points in his Memphis career.

Senior Joe Jackson scored 11 points in tonight's game and now has 1,294 points in his Memphis career. Jackson is in 18th place on the program's all-time scoring list, 11 points behind David Vaughn (1991-1995) for 17th place.

Senior Michael Dixon Jr. scored 12 points, posting his fourth double-figure scoring game of the season.
