Tiger Spring Tour Makes Three Stops in April

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The University of Memphis Athletic Department will make stops in Nashville, Jackson, Tenn., and Memphis in its annual Spring Tour sponsored by First Tennessee Bank in April.
The first stop will be Tuesday, April 24, in Nashville at the Gaylord Springs Golf Links (18 Springhouse Lane) from 5 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Hors d'oeuvres and soft drinks will be served.
Along with the Tiger Spring Tour in Nashville, the University of Memphis Alumni Association Nashville Chapter is holding a Gaylord Springs Golf Tournament. Registration is at 10 a.m. on April 24 with lunch held at 11 a.m. and golf from 12-5 p.m. The Tiger Tour will take place immediately following. The second stop will be the next day, Wednesday, April 25, at the University of Memphis, Lambuth Campus in Jackson, Tenn. The event will take place in the Jack Morris Ballroom in the Wilder Student Union Building (705 Lambuth Blvd.) from 5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. Hors d'oeuvres, beer, wine and soft drinks will be served.
The third stop will be on Thursday, April 26, on campus in the Anfernee "Penny" Hardaway/University of Memphis Athletics Hall of Fame banquet room (570 Normal), from 5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. Hors d'oeuvres, beer, wine and soft drinks will be served.
The Jackson and Nashville receptions are $15, and fans can make their reservations online by clicking HERE. Reservations can also be made by calling Donna LaRiviere at 901-678-4585.
Men's basketball coach Josh Pastner, women's basketball coach Melissa McFerrin, football coach Justin Fuente and athletic director R.C. Johnson will highlight the tour, which will also feature other members of the Tigers' staff and administration.
