Pierre Henderson-Niles secured a career high with 15 points against the Jaguars. Henderson-Niles scored 11 points, tallied seven rebounds, blocked three shots and had one steal in only nine minutes of play in the first half. Henderson-Niles scored the first seven points of the game for Memphis. He also had a career-high seven made a career-high seven field goals
The 47 first half points for the Tigers were the most points allowed by the IUPUI defense in a first half. The Jaguars allowed 46 points to the Drake Bulldogs in the first game of the season
