Wiese joined the Tigers in Sept. 2023 as Assistant Director of Sports Performance and oversees the men's soccer, baseball and track & field sprinters.

Wiese started his strength and conditioning career during his undergrad at Barton College, where he interned with all sports. In his final semester in 2020, he made his way to North Carolina State University where he interned with volleyball, men's and women's soccer, swim, and track sprinters and jumpers. During his master's program at the University of Central Florida from Aug. 2020- Aug. 2021, he worked with baseball and volleyball, women's basketball and women's soccer.

When he left UCF, he became an intern at Webber International University from Aug. 2021-Feb. 2022, where he lead the men's volleyball, women's beach volleyball, and cheer programs in the weight room while assisting with all other teams. From Webber, he took a job working in the minor league system of the San Francisco Giants in March 2022 where he coached their minor league affiliate in the Dominican Republic until August 2023.

A 2020 graduate of Barton College, Wiese earned his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Sports Management. Wiese would go on to earn his Master's of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Central Florida in 2021.
