Sara Gerregano enters her fifth season as the director of operations for women's soccer, having joined the program ahead of the 2021 campaign.

Gerregano oversees all facets of the 15-time conference champions, including equipment, team travel, referee and visiting team accommodations, student-athlete welfare and scheduling. She also manages the day-to-day calendar of head coach Brooks Monaghan.

Prior to Memphis, Gerregano was a human resources specialist in the UTSA athletic department for two years, where she handled employee onboarding and job postings. She also has several years of experience in the hotel and resort hospitality industry.

A native of Collierville, Gerregano earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from The University of Tennessee in 2017. While at UT, Gerregano served as an operations assistant for the Volunteers football program.
