Meredith McCall joined the Memphis Athletic Department in November 2023 as an Assistant Director of Academic Services. Her responsibilities include football admissions and evaluations/initial eligibility, teaching ACAD 1100 and serving as an advisor for football (offense and specialists).

Prior to joining Memphis, McCall spent time as the Director of Football Academics at the University of Utah, Lead Football Advisor at the University of California, Berkeley and Academic Advisor for men's basketball at Old Dominion University. Her career in academics began as a coordinator at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.

A native of Cheyenne, Wyoming, McCall is also a member of the National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A) and has served on the Board of Directors since 2022.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management at the College of St. Scholastica, where she was also a member of the women's basketball team. She also holds a master's degree in athletic adminstration from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
