Morris joined the Memphis men's soccer staff as a volunteer analyst ahead of the 2026-27 athletic season.
As a player, Morris played at nearby Olive Branch High School and played at the amateur level with Memphis FC and Midsouth FC, winning a D2 state league title.
Morris also played collegiately at Itawamba Community College and Mississippi University for Women, where he led the conference in goals as a senior.
