Spring 2018: Posted back-to-back top 20 finishes to close out the fall, firing a 221 at the Charleston Invitational to finish T-20 and a 224 at the AAC Championships for a 224 and a tie for 14th overall .... Also posted one top 10 finish in the spring, carding a 216 at the River Landing Classic to finish tied for 8th.
Fall 2017: Grabbed her first collegiate individual medalist honor in the the first tournament of the fall at the Payne Stewart Memorial, hosted by Missouri State ... Fired a career-best 212 at the event (72-69-71) for the win ... Added another top 10 finish in the next event at the Lady Paladin Invitational with a 215 ... Injury forced her to withdraw from the Magnolia Invitational at the end of the first round ... Bounced back with a tie for 13th at the Cardinal Cup with a 224 and finished the fal with a 227 at the Rainbow Wahine Invitational (74-78-75).
Redshirt Sophomore (2016-17)
Spring 2017: Competed in all five events and became the first Lady Tiger in program history to qualify for the NCAA Regional round multiple times (2017, 2015) ... All-American Athletic Conference honoree ... Opened the spring at the Central District with a runner-up finish, firing a career-low 68 in the final round to move to runner-up at 216 ... Fired a 222 at the UNF Collegiate to finish tied for 14th and posted a top five finish at the 3M Augusta Invitational with a 219 (70-77-72) to tie for fifth overall ... Finished tied for 18th at the Hennsler Intercollegiate with a 222 (73-71-78) ... Finished tied for 26th at the AAC Championships with a 226 (79-72-75) ... Qualified for the Columbus Regional where she finished tied for 25th overall (225) ... Her final round 71 followed an opening round 80 and a second round 74.
Fall 2016: Returned to the Memphis lineup after a redshirt year due to injury ... Fired a 222 in her first competition back, finishing tied for 38th at the Mercedes Benz .... Posted the first of four straight top 20 finishes to close the fall with a tie for 15th at the Johnie Imes Invitational with a 218 (74-74-72) ... Had her best finish of the fall at the Memphis Intercollegiate, scoring a 220 to finish third overall in her first appearance at the Lady Tigers' home event .... Spring 2015: After finishing fifth at the American Athletic Conference tournament and carrying a season round average of 73.9, became the second freshman women's golfer in school history to qualify for the NCAA Regionals .... Qualified for the NCAA Regional field at Notre Dame, becoming just the fourth player in Lady Tiger history to qualify for the NCAA field as an individual .... Became the first women's golfer in program history to win her way from the NCAA Regional to the NCAA Championships with a top five finish at the Notre Dame Regional ... Opened the spring with a runner-up finish at the South Alabama Invitational, carding a 225 (74-77-74) ... Shot an opening round 84 at the Southern Miss tournament before the remainder of the event was cancelled due to weather ... Bounced back with a top 10 finish at the Bearcat Spring Classic in Florida, finishing tied for 6th with a 226 (76-79-71) ... Fall 2014: Qualified for four fall events for Memphis after missing the season-opening fall tournament due to her obligation for South Africa at the World Amateur Team Championships in Japan ... In her first collegiate tournament, she finished tied for 2nd with a 217 (71-71-75) at the Cardinal Cup at Louisville ... She matched that tie for 2nd in the Lady Tigers' next tournament at the TPC Rivers Bend Bearcat Classic, carding a 72 in the event that was cut to one round due to inclement weather ... Posted a top 15 finish at the Old Waverly Bulldog Invitational in Mississippi, finishing tied for 14th with a 221 (72-71-78) ... Added one more top 10 finish in the final fall event, scoring a 220 (69-75-76) at the FIU Pat Bradley Invitational ... The opening round 69 would be her low-round of the season.

Comes to Memphis from Pietermaritzburg, South Africa ... Fletcher represented South Africa Junior Golf in tournaments around the world ... Earned a third-place finish in the 2011 Albatross International Junior Championship in New Delhi, Indiana and also finished in third at the 2013 RB German Junior Masters ... In 2012, Fletcher played in the Duke of York Young Champions Tournament at historic Royal Troon in Scotland after winning the South Africa Girls U18 Championship ... Fletcher was a member of the South African Elite Squad in 2012 and 2013 after putting together a string of top finishes ... She was the runner-up at the 2012 South African Ladies Matchplay Championship and a third-place finisher at the South African Ladies Matchplay Championship in 2013.
