Tiffany Conner was announced as Memphis' newest assistant coach in April 2026.
Conner spent the year prior at Georgia Southern, playing a part in the historic 2025-26 season that saw a Sun Belt regular season championship. Prior to that, she spent two seasons at the College of Charleston and also enjoyed two 20-win seasons. In her last three years as an assistant coach between GS and CofC, the combined record of her teams is 70-26 (.729). Conner has appeared in five postseason games in that time frame with four of them coming at Charleston in the WNIT.Â
Prior to her time in Charleston, Conner was on the staff at Saint Francis University in 2022-23 and at Chicago State the season prior. Other coaching stops include stints at Fort Valley State, Labette Community College and Rutgers-Newark.Â
Conner, a Teaneck, New Jersey, native, was a four-year standout at South Florida, where she led the team in rebounding as a junior and left the program tied for second in career games played (125). She graduated with her bachelor's degree in communications from USF in 2012 and earned her master's degree in sports management from Southern New Hampshire in 2017.Â
