Dixon, a native of Brampton, Canada, played for two seasons with the Raiders where she appeared in 54 games. In her final season at Wright State, Dixon scored a season high 10 points and snagged four offensive rebounds in the team's 79-55 win over Illinois-Chicago.
"Teneshia and I have a unique recruiting story that reminds me that things always work out how they are meant to," said Coach Merriweather. "Despite her limited playing time, I always saw that she was dedicated to the program and the vision we have."
Dixon started her collegiate career at Midland Community College where she averaged 7.8 points/game and shot just over 45% from the field. She also grabbed 302 rebounds and blocked 30 shots in her two seasons with the Lady Chaps.
