Dierks is in her fourth year with the Tigers after starting in 2019 with the volleyball and tennis teams. She currently works with the women's basketball and golf teams.
Prior to coming to Memphis, Dierks spent time at the University of New Haven where she received her Master's degree in Healthcare Administration. While there, she worked with the volleyball, tennis, men's basketball, track & field and spring football teams.
A native of Des Moines, Iowa, Dierks received her Bachelor of Science degree and German minor from Iowa State University. During her free time, Dierks likes to travel, bake and play with her dog, Guinness.
