Prior to Memphis:
Max Lichtenstein, a goalkeeper from Boca Raton, Florida, is set to join the Tigers for the 2016 season. As a sophomore and junior, Max served as the youngest captain on his high school team. He continued to impress his junior season by producing a 12 save shutout performance against the number one team in the county. The two-year letter winner led his team to a championship season, as well as earning All-County and All-Region honors. His senior year, Max moved away from his family to Chicago to pursue a more elite level of play with the academy team, the Chicago Fire. He led the Fire to six shutouts in eight games played.
