Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law
The Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law partnership with the Memphis Athletics allows student-athletes the opportunity to obtain legal assistance to help navigate NIL, including contract advisement, image licensing, and intellectual property rights, among other things.
The Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law has a faculty committed to providing students with the knowledge and practical skills to succeed that also seeks, through its writing and activity, to influence law, policy, and legal institutions. The strong, vibrant and growing experiential learning program takes advantage of the law school's location to produce graduates with skills the profession demands. As a result, a NIL specific group has formed to allow law students and student-athletes alike to benefit from the change in legislation.
