Discounted Tickets - Faculty/Staff
The Internal Revenue Code (Section 1.61-21[5]) provides that discounts to employees that exceed 20% for goods and/or services are taxable as compensation to employees and must be reported for tax purposes. The Internal Revenue Service is applying the 20% discount rule to the sale of tickets to athletic events. Faculty and staff receive a discount of 50% off the regular price of season tickets; therefore, as required by law, 30% of the regular price will be reported on the employee’s W-2 form as taxable income.

2020Â Football Parking
Football season parking for 2020 is on sale now. As a reminder, you MUST be a season ticket holder in order to purchase a season parking pass. Parking can be purchased online at www.GoTigersGoTix.com or by calling 901-678-2331. Fans who have already purchased season tickets and who would like to add season parking passes are asked to call the Ticket Office at 901-678-2331.  Season tickets for the 2020 Memphis Tigers football season must be completed by May 15, 2020 in order to receive the season ticket  book, which will including a coupon for a season ticket holder gift, concessions discounts and more. Season parking passes are limited to four per account and are available until May 15 or until sold out. All season parking prices have slightly increased, but now include parking for the AAC Championship Game, if the Tigers host that event. There would be no additional charge for parking for that game.

Do I have to join TSF to purchase football season tickets?
No. There are a number of seating options that do not require a TSF contribution However, many perks are offered exclusively to TSF members.

What does my TSF contribution support?
Your contribution directly impacts the lives of our nearly 400 student-athletes, helping provide funds for student-athlete scholarships. Last year, the athletics department paid the University over $8 million to cover scholarship costs.

How many season parking passes can I buy?
You may purchase a maximum of four (4) season parking passes per account. Â
When do I have to pay for my seats and my TSF contribution?
All TSF contributions and seats must be paid for by the May 15 deadline. Seats that have not been renewed by that deadline will be made available for sale.
I would like to sit in the premium chairback section, how do I upgrade my current seat location to chairbacks?
To make any changes to your current seating location, please call 901-678-2331 and speak to a friendly ticket representative who will be more than happy to walk you through the options to best meet your needs.
I have never been a member of the Tiger Scholarship Fund. Do I receive donor benefits with my per seat TSF contribution?

What types of payments are accepted?
Cash, checks, credit cards, and monthly payments are accepted.
When do single game tickets go on sale?
There will be an announcement soon about the availability of single game tickets, as well any any mini-plans.
Refund Policy?
There are no refunds, cancellations, exchanges and/or duplications of tickets for any University of Memphis Athletics home, away or neutral site event.  There are no refunds for lost, damaged, or stolen tickets.
