Tigers Hoops Pass
Purchase the NEW Tigers Hoop Pass to Memphis Men's Basketball, which guarantees you admission to all 20 home games for the low price of $99.Â
Tickets will be delivered digitally to your mobile device 12-24 hours prior to each game through the new Official Memphis Tigers App and your exact seating location will vary from game to game. However, at least two games will be reserved for you in the lower bowl.
Though the Tigers Hoops Pass admits you to all 19Â games, it does not come with any of the Season Ticket Holder benefits, or a specific/same seating location for each game.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
- Purchase your Tigers Hoops Pass Online. You can buy up to eight (8) passes. All passes purchased together will be seated together at each game, so if you want to sit with family or friends, be sure to purchase all of your passes in one transaction.
- Access your passes by going to the Official Memphis Tigers Mobile App on your iPhone (Android version Coming Soon) and login with the email address you used to purchase.
- Passes for all home games will be loaded into your account, but your specific seat location(s) will be delivered to your phone 12-24 hours before each game.
- You will receive a text message prior to each home game notifying you to claim your seat location(s), which will vary by game.Â

Q: Which phones are supported?
A: The pass is supported by iPhones and Android phones.Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?
A:  The Tigers Hoops Pass is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets. Admission to the FedExForum and seat assignments will be managed through your iPhone or Android by going to the Officail Memphis Tigers Mobile App.
Q: Can I purchase the pass if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Not at this time. You will be unable to enter the FedExForum.
Q: Are Tigers Hoops Pass tickets refundable?
A: We're sorry, all Tigers Hoops Pass purchases are non-refundable.
Q: Which games are included with my Tigers Hoops Pass?
A: Your Tigers Hoops Pass includes tickets to all 20 home games.
ENTERING THE FEDEXFORUM
Q: How do I get into the FedExForum with my Tigers Hoops Pass?A: Your ticket for all games can be accessed by going to the Official Memphis Tigers App on your iPhone or Android. Download the app and tap the "More" button and then look under the "Tigers Hoops Pass" tab. Upon logging in, you will be provided with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into FedExForum. Q: How does my guest scan in?
A: All barcodes will be delivered to your device. If you have a group of two, for example, both barcodes can be scanned from one device if you and your guest arrive at the FedExForum together. You can send your guest(s) their barcodes by tapping the Send button located below the barcode. Barcodes can only be scanned once, so be sure you only send one barcode to each guest.
SEAT LOCATIONS
Q: Am I guaranteed a seat for all games with the Tigers Hoops Pass?A: Yes. You will be assigned a seat (with at least two games in the lower bowl) for each of the 19 home games.
Q: What if I lose the text message with my pass?
A: If you can't access your Tigers Hoops Pass via text message, simply go to Memphis Tigers Gameday App on your iPhone or Android.
Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?
A: We're happy to accommodate you! Please go to the FedExForum box office on gameday. The ticket office opens 2 hours prior to game time, and inform them that you need ADA seats for your Tigers Hoops Pass. You will still need the Tigers Hoops Pass barcodes to enter the venue.

A: No, passes are non-transferable.
Q: Can I share my pass with someone else?
A: Yes! Simply tap the Send button located below the barcode and send the link to your guest(s)! Barcodes can only be scanned once, so be sure you only send one barcode to each guest.
