Tigers Drop AAC Matchup Against 27th Ranked Owls

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The University of Memphis women's tennis team welcomed the 27th-ranked Owls of Florida Atlantic Wednesday evening. While the Tigers were able to take a point from the only undefeated team remaining in Division I, Florida Atlantic would take three consecutive singles matches for the 4-1 win.

Sofia Mykhailets was the lone winner for today's match after she collected a 6-3, 6-3 victory on court two over Panna Barthe. Alyssa Richter was able to take her opponent to tiebreaker points in both sets but fell just short on court three.
