Garfoot, Wilson in Top 20, Team Tied for Fourth Through Two Rounds of AAC Championship

BROOKSVILLE, Fla. – Through two rounds of the American Athletic Conference Championship, the University of Memphis women's golf team sits in a tie for fourth place with Tilly Garfoot and Emily Wilson in the top 20, individually.
After another solid outing for the Tigers through round two, where the team shot the third lowest round score of the day, Memphis heads into tomorrow's final round at 15 over par and only seven strokes behind second place.
Garfoot continues to shine for Memphis, shooting an even 72 today to stay at one under par for the tournament. Wilson remains into the top 20, individually, following a 75 round score to go move to four over par while Nutsanun Khamphueng and Claire Swathwood go into tomorrow's round at six over par.
Julia Jarvholm rounded out the team today at six over par.
