Jordan Adds Brooke Veres to Women’s Golf Coaching Staff

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – University of Memphis head women's golf coach Jennifer Jordan announced the hiring of Brooke Veres as an assistant coach on Wednesday.
"I am delighted to have Brooke on board" Jordan remarked. "She is very driven and motivated person. She will be a great asset with the day-to-day operations and she will be a great motivator for the team as well."
Veres just concluded her playing career at Memphis this past season. She was a four-year letterwinner for the Tigers, competing in 28 tournaments, notching a pair of top-20 finishes during her junior year in 2021-22. He best career finish for Memphis came at the Lady Paladin Invitational that season, tying for 12th place with a career-best, 54-hole score of 218.
"I am thrilled to begin my college coaching career under Coach Jordan and entire Memphis Athletic Department," Veres said. "It's an honor to be chosen to represent Memphis Women's Golf. Although I have a lot to learn, I have no doubt that our experiences at the collegiate level will drive great performances in our players. I am looking forward to our athletes arriving in Memphis this fall to get the season started. Can't wait to see what we accomplish as a team!"
During her Tiger career, Veres was also a three-time WGCA All-American Scholar and a three-time member of the AAC All-Academic Team. She graduated from Memphis in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in biology.
