Griggs Tabbed to AAC Weekly Honor Roll

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Following a spectacular performance last week, the Memphis Tiger women's basketball team has found Madison Griggs on the list of the American Athletic Conference's Weekly Award winners.

Griggs, a senior from Memphis, Tenn., had a note-worthy week where she averaged 18.5 points per game while shooting 39% from beyond the arc in the team's wins over Cincinnati and SMU. Griggs would play a vital role in the team's 69-68 overtime win in Dallas on Sunday where she led all scorers with 25 points, a season-high, and nail a 30-foot three-pointer at the buzzer to give the Tigers the win.

This is the third AAC Weekly award for Griggs this season and the tenth of her career.
