Memphis Heads to Mississippi for Mossy Oak Collegiate

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis men's golf team will head to Wet Point, Miss. to compete in the Mossy Oak Collegiate this week. The two-day tournament begins on Monday, April 11 and runs through Tuesday, April 12. Live scoring for the event can be found at GoTigersGo.com.
The 54-hole event will be played at the par 72, 7,212-yard long Mossy Oak Golf Club. Teams will play 36 holes on Monday beginning with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. The third and final round will get underway on Tuesday with tee times between 8-10:24 a.m.
The 19-team field includes Memphis, host Mississippi State, No. 19 Ole Miss, No. 28 LSU, No. 3 Vanderbilt, No. 16 Auburn, No. 18 Florida State, Michigan, Kansas State, Arkansas State, No. 47 UAB, Middle Tennessee State, Chattanooga, Louisiana, ULM, Louisiana Tech, Lipscomb, Southern Miss and South Alabama.
Last time out, Tyran Snyders led the Tigers at the Mason Rudolph Championship, tying for 19th place with a score of 211 (-2). Snyders, who has six top-20 finishes in the team's seven tournaments this season, is ranked No. 92 individually in the nation by GolfStat.com.
