Miller Named to AAC Weekly Honor Roll

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Following the team's third consecutive American Athletic Conference win where Saorla Miller recorded five points, Miller has been named to the AAC Weekly Honor Roll.
Miller, a senior from Halifax, Nova Scotia, recorded the team's first goal of the match when Momo Nakao found her open in the box in the 25'. Miller would record the assist on the equalizer goal in the 54' and the game-winning goal just four minutes later off an assist from Eef Kerkhof.
Miller now leads the team with 14 points this season and is second on the team with four goals and five assists.
This is the first AAC Weekly Honor Roll award for Miller this season and the third of her career.
Memphis (7-4-4, 3-1-3 AAC) will be back in action this Thursday when they travel to Dallas, Texas to take on SMU. Kick-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. with coverage available on ESPN+.
