MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Memphis Tigers scored six goals in the first half en route to an 8-0 win over Arkansas-Pine Bluff Thursday night on the Park Avenue Campus in Memphis, Tenn.
The eight goals are Memphis' most since scoring eight in a blanking of Marshall on Oct. 1, 2006.
Memphis is now 2-0-1 on the season, and UAPB falls to 0-3-0.

- Memphis scored three times in the first nine minutes of the game, including just 66 seconds into the contest when Haylee Spray opened the scoring.
- Tanya Boychuk scored her first two goals of the season in the eighth and 20th minutes.
- Aubrey Mister had a ninth-minute goal and an assist on Boychuk's first score.
- Claire Abrey and Rebecca Calderoni Martinez scored Memphis' fifth and sixth goals of the half, and Lara Kazandjian found the back of the net in the 66th and 85th minutes.
- The Tigers honored seniors Abrey, Caroline Duncan, Lydia Herring and Elizabeth Moberg before the game.
- The two goals are Kazandjian's first of her Memphis career, as is Calderoni Martinez' score.
- Memphis had 39 shots in the game, 25 of which were on-frame.
- The Tigers continue their homestand Sunday at 1 p.m. against Indiana.
