MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis women's golf team will head to Bowling Green, Ky. to compete in The Club at Olde-Stone Intercollegiate this week. The two-day tournament gets started on Monday, Oct. 24 and runs through Tuesday, Oct. 26. Live scoring for the event can be found at GoTigersGo.com.
The 56-hole event will be hosted by Western Kentucky and Louisville and will be played at the par 72, 6,235-yard Club at Olde-Stone. Teams will play 36 holes on Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday, with shotgun starts scheduled both days for 7:45 a.m. CT.
The 14-team field includes Memphis, Augusta State, Charlotte, Coastal Carolina, No. 31 Louisville, Middle Tennessee State, Marshall, Morehead State, Minnesota, Notre Dame, North Texas, No. 41 Oklahoma, Wisconsin and Western Kentucky.
Last time out, the Tigers took home sixth place at the Lady Red Wolves Classic with a team total of 888 (+24). Sophomore Rebecca Brink had the best showing of her career, placing in a tie for eighth with a score of 218 (+2), while junior Victoria England tied for 13th overall with a total of 220 (+4).
